Virginia Creeper Trail Restoration
The Virginia Creeper Trail is rich in beauty and regional history. From the trail head right in the historic district of Abingdon, VA, it stretches 34.3 miles through the trail town of Damascus, VA, and up to the North Carolina State Line near Whitetop, VA. The Town of Abingdon preserves and maintains 12 of the 34.3 miles and 15 of the 47 trestles along the beautiful scenic trail providing recreation and economic benefit to residents and visitors alike.
Recently our area was was impacted by Hurricane Helene, leaving much of the Virginia Creeper Trail impassable. Your donation for the Helene recovery and ongoing preservation and maintenance of the Virginia Creeper Trail is greatly appreciated.
